Ralph was an extremely successful American aeromodeller, businessman and pilot and the scrap book contains much fascinating information related to other modellers with whom he was associated.

There were a number of loose sheets and pictures with the scrap book. One of these is associated with Tony and Gertrude Stadlman who were themselves eminent members of the early aviation community. These buttons will demonstrate this fact. I'm not sure why the pictures were in Ralph's book but I include them for interest.
I have not edited any of the pages of the Scrap Book and much detail relates to other modellers. The content does not always seem to be in logical order but I have left things as I found them. Look out for references to English modellers - Bullock, Rushbrook, Bowden and Kenworthy!
