Bullock with 1931 Wakefield Model - Lewisham 17-10-31
This picture is from a small photograph and the title is taken directly from the writing on the back of the photo. I have edited the picture to produce the best detail possible - but the source is of poor quality. See MODELS section for more.
Joe Lucas with Bullock's 1931 model - Dayton, Ohio 1931
Bullock with an Enthusiast!
A picture for Bullock Aficionados perhaps. The fuselage and wing bracing are interesting. Is it another 1931 Wakefield? If so, was the fuselage triangular in cross-section? Ideas?
Bullock and Chasteneuf
The reverse of this picture states "Messrs Bullock & Chasteneuf. Two of the best. Blackheath MAC"
Bullock, D.A. Russel and The Bowdens
An interesting, but low quality picture, of Bullock carrying out repairs while D.A. Russell, Grace Bowden and Col. Bowden (hat) look on. The model at Bowdens feet and the wing in BUllock's hand, is GB1
Bullock releasing, Langley timing - By J E Pelly-Fry
This photograph was taken later in Bullock's life. The caption has the date '1927' but this should be '1929'
From a 'Scrap Book' of Ralph Kummer. Taken at the 1931 USA Championships where Bullock's model was flown Proxy by Joe Lucas.
Bullock with 1938 Streamline Wakefield?
Included because I have it! There is no documentation or any other indication as to when this was taken.
I discovered this picture on a website of a auction house that were attempting to sell some of Bullock's Medals! The Auction House have kindly acknowledged my request for more information so perhaps more information will be traced!
Ralph Bullock
A rare photograph of Bullock without a cigarette! Obviously some years later than the picture above.
