Charles Arthur Rippon

'RIP' as he was widely known, while not a tall man, was a giant in the model aviation world from the 1920's. The present 'RIPMAX' company was formed by RIPpon and MAX Coote. Memorabilia associated with Rippon proliferates amongst the huge collection of memorabilia that I have and this section will be continually changing as I discover related data when researching other individuals.
This button will take you to pages that come from an enormous Photograph Annual that was given to Rippon when he moved from London. Little information is available for most pictures but Leigh Richardson has helped magnificently and his input is annotated .... (LR)
RIP Album
There follows a somewhat random selection of photographs and copies of memorabilia relating to Rippon. SOme seem to bare little direct relevance to Rippon.
